Ganapati = (gana=group)+(Pati=leader)
During This Ganesh utsav
Nine days Nine Virtues of a leader which we see in Lord Ganesh...If we bring these Virtues into our life then we will become leaders.......

2 : गजानन :

The face of elephant. ....that shows ...
every time elephant eats the first gulp he throw... here ...n ... there....
he always thinks abt the small living beings first.... in the same way a leader has to always firstly think abt others..
his group members ....then his own.

3 : सूक्ष्मनयन :

Small eyes like elephant....
which says that  a leader must always have a  futuristic vision ... (In earlier times when a king incidentally  dies then female elephant
use to decide who will be the next king)👈this is to be said.......

4 : शूर्पकर्ण :

Ears like dustpan........
means a leader has to hear all the opinions of the group........
and filter out the good one.......and throw the bad one......

5 : वक्रतुंड :

curved trunk,
which shows that every leader must know to speak bitter truths.... (bcz almost of the people use to speak lie
when it comes to speak bitter truth.)

6 : एकदंत :

Usually we all have seen that Ganapati has 1 full and
another half tusk known as ekdant which indicates in our life
if knowledge is half no worries but ...belief (towards god) must be complete......

7 : लंबोदर :

large stomach
Which shows ...that a leader has to keep safe the secrets of the group .........

8 : पाशं अंकुशधारिणं :

Ganapati has a Ankush(curb) in one hand,
a pasham (loop) in the other hand.
The leader control (lust) over desires - disorders,
and he should also  have the ability to punish followers when needed.

9 : मूषक :

Ganapati has a vehicle named (mushak ...=little rat)
he does his bad work very secretly  in the way when a leader wants to teach someone in the group ...it must be a secret....
Ganpati bappa. . . . . Moriya....
